We understand that you don’t want to have to wait for days on end to receive your order and we strive to provide the best shipping service possible. Your jewelry is custom made at the time of ordering and personalized the way you want it.
United States Shipping
Shipping charges are as follows in the United States:
- Standard Shipping: FREE
- 2-3 Day Ground Priority Shipping: $10
- 1-2 Day Express Shipping: $25
We ship 2-3 business days after processing your order and, for orders in the continental United States, your order should arrive in 3-5 business days after shipping. From creation of your personalized jewelry to delivery at your door is approximately one week.
For those orders that pay for 2-Day or Overnight shipping, note that it will still take 2-3 days to create your personalized jewelry. However, your order will be given priority and once the jewelry has been created, will ship either 2-Day or Overnight depending on what you paid for.
To ensure the best possible service, orders must be received before 12:00 pm (noon) MST to begin processing that day. All orders placed after 12:00 pm MST will not be processed until the following business day.

Note: This is for orders placed BEFORE 12:00 pm MST. Orders placed AFTER 12:00 pm MST will not be processed until the following business day.For example, if you place an order on Monday at 3:30 pm MST, the order will not be processed until Tuesday. This gives the order an expected shipping day of Friday.
International Shipping
No matter if you’re ordering a personalized name necklace or an engraved bar necklace, we are able to ship your custom purchase to you all over the world!
International shipping rates vary from country to country as well as on the speed of delivery that you select. You can see an accurate quote of the shipping charge when checking out. The cost ranges from $20 to $80.
Note: The shipping times are in addition to the 2-3 days it takes to create your custom personalized jewelry.

International Shipping additional charges
Tax or duty charges may be imposed by the destination country before your Messages in Metal package is released. This charge is from your customs department NOT from Messages in Metal. Additionally, if your package is stopped at customs, this will DELAY the shipment of your Messages in Metal purchase. We encourage our customers to check with their customs department before an international order is placed. If the order is refused due to imposed charges by your country’s customs, Messages in Metal reserves the right to charge the method of payment for the cost of the shipping to the destination and the subsequent return of the item to our warehouse.
