We want you to love your personalized jewelry from Messages in Metal but we also realize that sometimes we may miss the mark or maybe it wasn’t exactly as you wanted. NO PROBLEM! Customer satisfaction is paramount and 60 Day No Hassle Return Policy was created to assure our customers that we want you to be 100% happy with your selection!

60 Day No Hassle Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your personalized jewelry from Messages in Metal, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Simply call us or send us an email within the 60 day window to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Package your item and ship it back with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Upon our receipt of your return, you have an option of either of the following. 

  • Return for a store credit that is equal to the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost. The store credit can be used at any point in time and, as a bonus, shipment of your new item is of no cost to the you!
  • Return for a refund that is equal to the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost AND a 30% recycling fee.

To get a RMA, please call us at 1-877-244-9625, send us an email at sales@messagesinmetal.com or by using the Customer Account Login Message system. Include the date of purchase, the order number and the item ordered.
