ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, manufacturing limitations, or inability to complete a requested customization.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled amount.

PERSONALIZATION & CUSTOM WORK

Many Messages in Metal products can be personalized with names, dates, messages, engraving, symbols, photographs, fingerprints, or other customer-provided information.

You are responsible for reviewing personalization information for accuracy before submitting your order.

We may make reasonable formatting, sizing, spacing, or layout adjustments where needed to complete personalization properly.

Personalized and custom-made items are generally not eligible for return. Please review our Returns Policy for additional information.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices, product availability, promotions, and product specifications may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product descriptions, or other inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If an error materially affects your order, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected portion of the order and issue an appropriate refund.

PAYMENTS

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to process charges associated with your order.

Payment processing may be performed by Shopify and other payment providers connected to our online store.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Production and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Expedited shipping generally affects transit time after an order has been completed and shipped; it does not necessarily shorten manufacturing or personalization time.

RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Personalized items and solid gold items are not eligible for return.

Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can confirm eligibility and provide appropriate instructions.

WARRANTY

Messages in Metal provides a one-year warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and exclusions described in our Warranty Policy.

Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, improper care, and other conditions not resulting from a manufacturing defect may not be covered.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
