Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible, non-personalized items.

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, and solid gold items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
