What the warranty covers
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Manufacturing defects are covered even when the piece has been personalized.
Defects caused by workmanship or materials are covered under the warranty.
If a stone is lost because of a manufacturing defect, contact us so we can inspect the piece.
What the warranty does not cover
Damage caused by impact, bending, crushing, snagging, misuse or other accidents.
Lost or stolen jewelry is not covered by the warranty.
Damage resulting from failure to follow recommended jewelry-care instructions.
Scratching, natural oxidation, tarnishing and other normal changes that occur with wear are not manufacturing defects.

Your warranty begins on the date your order is delivered and continues for 365 days.

If you believe there is a defect, contact us before sending the jewelry back. We'll review the issue and provide instructions.
NORMAL WEAR
Scratches, tarnishing, oxidation and other changes caused by normal wear are not considered manufacturing defects.

Following the care instructions provided with your jewelry will help preserve its finish and appearance over time.
